We have two main rooms, one white and one black, which are similar in size. There are two large skylights in each room, and they let in ample natural light throughout the day. There are 2 bathrooms, one connected to each large room. For small events under 10 people on off-hours, we can let you rent the black room only for a lower cost, but this is subject to certain events. There is a lightweight kitchen with a sink and dishwasher and a small fridge in the front white room.
