We have 2 locations, one in Central ...Read moreCalifornia Arts Academy is a performing arts studio with space to rent for birthday parties, weddings, meetings, conferences, live theater, music events, and more! We have 2 locations, one in Central Fresno on Blackstone, and one in the Tower on Wishon and Floradora.
The Blackstone location can seat 200 guests in a wedding arrangement, or up to 300 in a theater arrangement. It has a raised stage that may be available for additional rent. There are up to 10 other smaller rooms available for rent, making it ideal for workshops or conferences. Parking is plentiful and there are no noise ordinances in this business area.
The Wishon location is a renovated 1920s dance hall that is BEAUTIFUL! It can seat 150-200 guests in a wedding arrangement or theater set up. There is no raised stage, performances would be held on ground level. The ballroom/event area is located upstairs and is not fully wheelchair accessible at the moment. There are 3 other smaller rooms for rent making it ideal for workshops or conferences. Street parking is available and there is a 10:00pm noise ordinance in effect.
Both locations have the capacity for stage sound and stage lights. Both locations are open to caterers of your choice. We can include tables and chairs for your rental for an additional cost.
