There is also plenty of space in the back of the building for a food truck. Party lights drape the ceiling and change from 11 different colors or are programmable for a solid color or 3 color combinations.
This room will seat 120 people. We have white, 6' round tables available for rent at $10 each. Each table can seat 10 people. We have black, steel folding chairs for rent for $1 each. Also available, your choice of black, white or red tablecloths for only $10 each. We will set up all the requested tables, chairs and linens before you enter the building to decorate for your party. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 due upon booking day to reserve your party date. There is also a $250 refundable cleaning fee. You have the option to leave the space free of all trash and cleaned of all debris, mopped and ready for business or to forego cleaning and apply the $250 towards our cleaning crew.
