Upon arrival, a valet asks the guest for a mobile number. Then our valet parking attendant will scan your classic paper ticket and send you a Welcome Text and virtual ticket with a link for requesting your vehicle. The only thing a guest has to do when ready for their car is click the link. It will be easy.
Your phone will immediately receive a text message with a virtual claim ticket. So you will have a paper ticket, and text message to a virtual ticket. The only think you need to do when ready for your car is click the link and follow the on-screen instructions. It’s EZ and so convenient!
