Built in 1873, and once home to the RomWeber Furniture Company, the factory has been completely renovated keeping the original construction elements like hardwood floors, brick walls, hand hewed post and beam construction with first cut timber highlighted by original factory fire and wood frame doors, combined with a host of modern day amenities. It is ideal for anyone looking for 芒鈧�艙something different芒鈧�聺 for their wedding, party or conference.
  
  The Party Place can easily seat 300 guests with an adjacent food preparation and staging area. Private entrance, clean and airy restrooms with an optional game arcade are located in the adjoining lobby area.
  
  Conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-74, halfway between Cincinnati and Indianapolis. The Party Place is handicapped accessible with plenty of off street parking. The Sherman House and Hampton Inn lodgings are located just minutes from the Party Place.
  
  We have partnered with an excellent team of professionals to provide you with a seamless, effortless event if you so choose to use them. They include Izzy芒鈧�鈩�s Catering headed up by Chef Adam Israel, and Margaret Tremain Party Rentals. Jen Saner Photography is available for your photo needs and portions of the original factory may be used for photo shoots. Or you may use the professionals of your choice.

  Fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is arranged 2 weeks prior to your event date. At that time, any payments that have been made toward your rental fee will be returned to you. However, the initial facility deposit is only partially refundable (50%).
