The Teaching Set is about 1200 sq ft. We rent this Set for small parties and meetings (up to 50 guests). It includes the use of our Lounge Area, Make Up Room, and two bathrooms. We provide you with all of the chairs and tables that you need.
The other 4000+ sq ft can be used for large parties and events of up to 150 guests. We have hosted pop up shops here as well.
Our space does not have a kitchen, so we recommend bringing heating trays and burners to reheat pre-cooked meals.

Almost every piece of furniture or lighting you see is an original design or restored and modified from it鈥檚 original form. Some pieces are also available for sale, for example The Library Chair.
The Love Shack is one large main space with several smaller spaces inside "dollhouses." Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, intimate weddings, photo shoots and more. Unique loft conversion with a cute front garden space for smoking and sitting outdoors.
The space has wifi and a fantastic sound system for parties. Full working kitchen with everything except a microwave. Table extends to seat 10 for dinner parties or additional tables and chairs available to rent to seat 20-22 on one long table - or up to 32 on two long tables (involves removing most furniture from the space).
