The 2400 space features hard wood floor, columns and original tin tiles on the 16 foot ceiling. In the heart of downtown Denison you can host a wide variety of events in our 1880's building at 519 W Main Street. It is a perfect venue for social events or classes. Perfectly suited for dances, weddings, receptions, reunions, meetings, birthday party, or Quinceanera.
Daily rent is $500 for 9am - Midnight. Refundable security deposit is $250. Includes 12 tables and 100 chairs. Attached work room provides additional space for catering set up or work room supplies.

The beautiful Rotunda is available for almost any gathering. The Rotunda was the former general waiting room of the Union Station. Today the Rotunda serves as the center of the Katy Depot. It is a large function room that can host a big party for 100 to 200 people. Elegant garden tables and chairs are provided.
Also available is a small area suitable for catering service. You may provide your own food or choose from many fine, local caterers. Many local DJs are familiar with our facilities.
